- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-09-01, by Jeremy Crouseless than helpfull...need a battery?? forget about it. want to be swindled... no problem. they wanted to send my phone away for 6 weeks to have a technician look at it...(my battery wasn't charging) told me it would be very expensive..cheaper to upgrade he says...460 bucks... went home ordered a battery online..12 bucks..had it next day.
